This second floor suite is by far our largest, and is ideal if you are planning to stay more than one or two nights. It includes a large sitting room that overlooks the gardens, had a private bath, king bedroom, a small sun room and a mini kitchenette complete with mini fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee/tea. There is small writing desk in the sun room and cable TV in the sitting room.
There are two walk-in closets in this suite for maximum storage space. The suite equipped with bath robes, hairdryer, ironing board and safe.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking (butts, ash, odors in the rooms, etc) will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
The use of candles and fireplaces in the guest rooms is strictly prohibited. Accidental fires pose a serious safety threat to our facilities, antiques and guests. Using open flames in the guest rooms will result from immediate cancellation of your reservation, no portion of which will be refunded.
Unfortunately, we are a no pet facility. If you are traveling with pets we can recommend a boarding service, or you may be more interested in the Hotel Indigo which has pet friendly accommodations.
We do not accept babies or children under the age of 10 without prior verbal permission from the Innkeepers.
If you wish to add on an additional guest to your room this can be done by adding a roll away for $50 plus tax. Our roll away fee also includes the additional guests breakfast, towels, robe, and chocolates. We do not allow air mattress.
Early check in can be done between 2-3:30pm however this is an additional $25 fee. This so we can insure your room is ready by 2pm if needed.
If requesting a full house rental a non-refundable deposit is due at booking.
You are free to cancel your reservation without penalty until 48 hours from the date of your stay. If cancelling within 48 hours, you will be charged the equivalent of your first night. This means that if your reservation is for one night only, you will forfeit the entire amount.
If a no-call, no show occurs, no portion of your reservation will be refunded.
